			Based in Soultz-sous-Forêts, in Alsace, since 1907, we propose the largest range of Unleavened Bread, Special Breads and Crackers.
	We also make Kosher Matzos for Easter under the very strict supervision of the Chief Rabbi of Strasbourg.
	In 1985, the National Grand Prize for Exportation of Handmade French products was awarded to the Paul Heumann Company S.A. for its forward-thinking. More than 50% of our produce is exported to: European countries, Africa, United States, Canada, Emirates, Eastern countries, Australia... Discover a totally new taste, Croustia-lly thin and light !
